No Returns on Prescription Goggles

Prescription swimming goggles are custom-made optical items manufactured specifically to your prescription values. Once production has started, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

🔧 Why We Can't Accept Returns

Every pair of goggles is made individually to the prescription values you provide. Unlike standard products, they cannot be restocked or resold. This is standard practice across the prescription optics industry — the same applies to spectacles and contact lenses made to order.

📋 Before You Order — Check Your Prescription

Please ensure your prescription values are correct before submitting your order. If you're unsure about any values, send us a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp before ordering — we'll help you read it and confirm what to enter. A few minutes of checking before ordering saves problems later.

🛡️ Manufacturing Defects

If your goggles arrive with a clear manufacturing defect — a lens crack, coating fault, or a power significantly different from what you specified — contact us immediately with photos. We will assess and resolve manufacturing errors at no additional cost to you. This is our quality commitment.

📦 Damaged in Transit

If your goggles arrive damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange a replacement.
